The short version: we only ask for what we need to price and deliver your concrete, we only contact you about that, and you can opt out at any time.
What we collect
When you request a quote or join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project type, estimated yardage and timing. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from a link with campaign tags, those tags.
Our analytics (Plausible) is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your contact details for one thing: getting you a concrete delivery price and telling you when service is available in your area. That means an email with typical pricing, a text or call to confirm details when your area is bookable, and a heads-up when a local operator comes online in your ZIP.
By submitting the quote form, you agree that ShortLoad may text and email you for these purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; every email includes a way to unsubscribe — or just reply and tell us.
Who we share it with
When we route your order, the local concrete operator fulfilling it receives the job details they need: your name, delivery address area, contact number, mix and yardage. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except the infrastructure providers that run this site (hosting, email and text delivery).
Retention and your rights
We keep quote requests while they are active and for our own records of demand by area. If you want your information corrected or deleted, email us and we will do it — no forms, no runaround.
